My inner tech nerd surfaces from time to time, and one of the latest things that has caught my eye is the new iPhone 7 Plus. Yes, it's very similar to the 6s Plus apparently, but one thing that sets it apart in my world is the dual camera setup.
As you see in the image above, the new dual camera setup allows for what's called Portrait Mode, soon to be released in beta by Apple via a software update. I ran across Matthew Panzarino's article on how portrait mode works, and thought I'd share. Great examples in his article with explanations on what's going on with the technology. He also gives great tips on how to use portrait mode if you are one of the early adopters of the iPhone 7 Plus!
